With over three decades of corporate experience, predominantly within the technology realm, I've gone from being a high-impact individual contributor in engineering and business ananlysis to a highly effective senior leader of innovative teams. Amidst this growth, I've encountered and surmounted the challenges inherent in change. 

Through this journey, my passion for people leadership ignited. I became captivated by understanding what drives individuals to embody their authentic selves. Now, I'm driven to aid others in discovering their passions, anchoring them in their mission, values, and vision to lead fulfilling lives. 

Committed to being a true partner to each client, I leverage top coaching tools and practices to facilitate personal and professional transformation. Aside from my own experience in the professional realm, I have completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program and am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
