From burnout to clarity.

Thirty years in tech. I led engineering, business analysis, and transformation teams, most recently as a VP. When my role was eliminated in a reorganization, I did something I hadn't done in decades. I stopped.

I took the time to ask the questions. What did I want. What made me happy. What did purpose actually look like now.

I trained as a coach. I started writing again. I picked my camera back up. Not to fill the time. To find out who I was without the title.

Now I do two things. I coach leaders, usually mid-career, who are asking the same questions I had to sit with. I also consult with organizations doing the kind of technical and process transformation I used to lead from the inside.

You don't have to break to begin again.

Andi makes me feel a thousand pounds lighter!

Nazila

Working with Andi was a powerful experience. From the start, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported, which was exactly what I needed at that point in my career.

Nichole

Andrea has such a strong EQ that she's able to listen, process the information, and then ask the right questions to get to the bottom of something. The experience was invaluable to me, and just what I needed at that point in time.

Caitlin S.

Andi was exactly the coach I needed at this stage of my life. She helped me take a business idea that had lived in my heart for years and begin turning it into something real and actionable.
